    "The Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality (GCPI) is a research center at Georgetown Law that generates policy solutions to improve the lives of people experiencing poverty in the United States. Collaborating with government and movement leaders, we provide timely, evidence-based ideas to impact decision-making, increase economic well-being, and advance racial and gender equity. We focus on the following policy areas: public benefits, good jobs, care, income and cash, and housing—all with a cross-cutting focus on racial and gender equity.

    "The pilot training program blends asynchronous e-learning and applied labs, live learning sessions, optional mentorship, and an asynchronous community of practice.

    "Participants will engage data science through a leadership lens, equipping participants to move from analysis to action by aligning data insights with mission, equity goals, community needs, and strategic decision-making. Participants build core data competencies alongside leadership skills such as systems thinking, adaptive leadership, communication, and change management, preparing them to confidently lead data-informed initiatives—from data modernization and quality improvement to equity-centered analytics—within public health systems. Following the completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

    "This program is intended for early- to mid-career public health data professionals with approximately 3–8 years of experience who are ready to expand their role, influence, and leadership impact."

    "The CARES Lab directed by Dr. Casey Brown at Georgetown University is seeking applications for a new lab manager. Our research bridges multiple domains of inquiry, drawing from clinical psychology, social and health psychology, affective neuroscience, and aging. This position starts as early as Summer 2026 and is ideally two years long.

    "The Health Equity Fellowship for Trainees is a part of Health Affairs' national initiative to advance opportunities for all in health policy and health services scholarly publishing. The purpose of the Fellowship is to increase the quantity and quality of manuscripts published on the topic of health equity, while cultivating future health equity research leaders. Based on funding requirements, HEFT currently focuses on manuscripts dedicated to the topic of health equity along the dimensions of race and ethnicity. We hope to expand to other dimensions of equity in the future.

    "To be eligible for Health Affairs' Health Equity Fellowship for Trainees, you must:

    • Be a graduate-level (doctoral) student, postdoctoral researcher, or early career researcher who is no more than seven years outside of having earned your graduate degree.
    • Be engaged in health services research that advances health equity.
    • Working on a research project that is within 12 to 18 months of being submitted for publishing."

    "The John R. Lewis Social Justice Policy Fellowship is a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) program designed to give young Black professionals the opportunity to work in Congress and with the Foundation to address social justice and racial equity issues that affect Black communities. Distinguished by two six-month rotations, John R. Lewis Fellows will be placed in the U.S. Congress with Congressional Black Caucus members and the CBCF’s Center for Policy Analysis and Research (CPAR) for a total of 12 months.

    "John R. Lewis Fellows receive a full salary and benefits for the duration of the program. The salary is $70,000 and is non-negotiable."

    "The Social Science Research Council (SSRC), as part of the Better Urbanism, Infrastructure, and Land-Use Decisions (BUILD) Research Network program, seeks proposals from researchers to recruit and supervise students to conduct high-quality case studies during the summer of 2026 on state legislative sessions that passed bills intended to legalize or encourage housing production.

    "SSRC will provide funding to create high-quality case studies on state legislative sessions that passed bills intended to encourage housing production. Supervising researchers should recruit PhD and master’s students to conduct and write-up the case studies in exchange for a summer stipend. Each case study should be approximately 3,000 – 5,000 words and be written in a style accessible and appropriate for non-technical audiences, including policymakers, media, and other general audiences. Each case study also must include a one-page visually engaging briefer designed to summarize the key takeaways from each study.

    "Supervising researchers will receive an honorarium of $2,500 and students will receive a grant of $7,500. Case studies should be completed during the summer with final case study reports completed no later than September 30, 2026."

    "Pew Research Center is a nonpartisan fact tank that informs the public about the issues, attitudes and trends shaping America and the world. It conducts public opinion polling, demographic research, media content analysis and other empirical social science research in the areas of U.S. politics and policy views; news and information; internet and technology; science and society; religion and public life; global attitudes; race and ethnicity; and U.S. social and demographic trends.

    "The Center’s U.S. survey methods team manages our American Trends Panel (ATP), a multi-mode, probability-based survey panel that is its primary source of survey data for U.S. public opinion research, as well as provide guidance for all of the Center’s domestic public opinion research. The Survey Associate performs a range of duties to support the evolving needs of the Center’s survey methods team. These duties include, but are not limited to, data management, data wrangling, sampling, weighting, quality checking, data and questionnaire archiving, and supporting the ATP Panel Manager as needed during survey preparation and fielding. Furthermore, the Survey Associate will contribute to research and experimentation in the field of survey methodology.
