"The Community Power Manager will play a key role in implementing and evolving the foundation’s Community Power and Healing Justice strategic pillars through community-centered grantmaking, program development, and program implementation in deep alignment with iF’s IDs.   This role involves stewarding relationships with nonprofit partners, co-creating philanthropic consciousness, build power, and promote healing. The Community Power Manager will lead the creation of popular and political education programs that arm the community with the analysis, skills, and collective vision needed to organize for self-determination.
