The Synergiiize Innovator Program is an 8-month professional development program uniquely designed to empower and support women and gender-nonconforming people of color in STEM on their innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization journeys.

"While we welcome all who are interested in applying, the Synergiiize Innovator Program applies an intersectional framework to center people with multiple marginalized identities, integrating contexts of systemic oppression and social stratification that influence access to support, resources, and critical knowledge. The Synergiiize Innovator Program represents an effort to converge the research ideas and innovations of our participants with the urgent need for social justice in our society."

Innovator Progam participants will receive free registration and travel support to attend the Synergiiize Summit in April. ‍Prior entrepreneurial experience is not required for acceptance into the program.

Applications are due February 10 at 11:59pm PT.
