"Todd A. Lee was the Executive Director and CEO of the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency. The Todd A. Lee Scholarship commemorates this outstanding District of Columbia legend and honors his commitment to both affordable housing and education. The scholarship will benefit undergraduate and graduate students that aspire to be future contributors to the field of affordable housing."
