"Georgetown University Democracy and Governance MA Program, the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, and the Arab Center Washington DC invite you to a roundtable that will present an interim report highlighting the key questions and provisional findings animating Georgetown University Qatar’s Tunisia Study Group. Made up of scholars and analysts from the US, Iraq, Tunisia, Denmark, Canada, Turkey, Germany and France, the study was convened in Spring 2025 to explore the social, economic, political institutional and ideological forces that shaped Tunisia’s “Fractured Transition” from 2011 to 2021. This is a hybrid event. If in-person, the event will begin at 11:30 with lunch and the panel will begin introductions at 12:00 PM, when the virtual event will start."
