"USCREC invites leaders and professionals to examine how innovation intersects with equity, belonging, fairness, and wellness. "AI is no longer a future concept. It is shaping who gets hired, who gets promoted, whose voices are heard, and how work feels every day. The question isn’t whether AI will transform the workplace. It already is. Workplace Futures: Equity, Ethics, and Innovation in Action, a new learning series from the USC Race and Equity Center, invites leaders and professionals to examine how innovation intersects with equity, belonging, fairness, and wellness. Across five sessions, we explore not only what AI makes possible, but what responsible leadership requires." 4/30/26 Session 1: Bridging AI Opportunity and Inequity in the Digital Age 5/7/ 26 Session 2: Embedding Ethics to Human-Centric Innovation 5/14/26 Session 3: Leveraging AI to Advance Belonging in the Workplace 5/21/26 Session 4: Building a Workplace Grounded in Fairness and Fueled by Innovation 5/28/26 Session 5: Designing Digital Wellness for People-Centered Workplaces
